Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL)

Ducara helps you comply with the PIPL, which is China’s first comprehensive law for protecting personal information in China. We help you respect the rights of personal information subjects, such as notification, consent, access, correction and deletion. We also help you implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss or damage. Ducara also helps you comply with the obligations to appoint a personal information protection officer (PIPO), conduct personal information protection impact assessments (PIPIAs), and report any personal information incidents to the competent authorities.
